FRIENDS
”A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.” Proverbs
17:17
It has been said that you can “count the number of your friends on one hand.”
Think with me for a moment about who your friends are. Think about the times in your life when you
needed them to be there for you. The Lord has blessed you with the friends that you have. Someone
once said, “A friend is someone that when everyone else leaves the room, they stay.” I like that.
All of us have friends, I hope, but what are we doing to cultivate those relationships? Is there
a friend that you need to call and catch up with? Take the time this week or month to cultivate your friendships
and remember a true friend loves at all times, even in the midst of adversity. Thank God for friends!!
